No, nothing like that, yes somehow you will get some scholarship by the state government or center government but again some criteria is their for that. So, if you want a scholarship you have to register yourself in NSP or SSP portal.

Then only you will get to know how much you will get.

The entrance exam for all medical programmes in India, including BAMS, is called NEET.

 In order to get admitted to a government institution under the general category, a student must receive more than 400 marks on the NEET exam. Don't worry, you will be able to get into government college for Forensic Science. Admission to government colleges is entrance-based. Thus, you will have to appear for respective entrance exams of the universities, and if scored well, you will get your desired course. It has nothing to do with your class 12th marks as the admission process is enrance-based.
