Following are the items banned inside IBPS RRB exam centre:
- Any stationery items such as bits of paper, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drives, log table, electronic pen/scanner
- Any communication device such as bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band etc. is not allowed
- Other items such as goggles, handbags, hair-pin, hair-band, belt, cap, watch/wrist watch, Camera, metallic item, eatable items opened or packed are not allowed

Understanding and mastering the content will not only enhance their understanding but also improve their chances of success in the examination. He or she should practice previous year papers and also go through the exam pattern properly. Practice mock test and improve accuracy.

The steps to fill IBPS RRB exam through smartphone are given below.
- Go to the browser
- Enter ibps.in
- Click on the application form link
- A message will appear on the screen saying "The website is viewable only in landscape mode"
- Switch to "Desktop site". The option to change this is available in the browser
- Or else set your screen in auto-rotation mode. This will enable the landscape mode
- The application forms will appear the same as they appear on desktop
- The mode of filing and submitting the forms is also the same as that is done on the desktop
