Why are you thinking for after the posting. First achieve it then dream of it or think about problem you will get after it. Cracking UPSC is very difficult and that's the most challenging part. So first focus on how you will crack UPSC then think on later part. After getting any post, you will only select some places where you want posting. In that list only you will get post most probably.

First, start reading the newspaper daily to aware of everything in the country
Practice, read current affairs every day, practice basic subjects. Do a lot of Hard work
