Hello,
CAT is surely easier than UPSC since one needs not to spend more than 6-8 months to prepare for it. In addition, it tests candidates only in three areas: English, maths, and logical reasoning.

First of all, I must inform you that most government. Jobs for any branch of engineering wants candidates whose career is more than 60 %. Since you have less than the required criteria. For admission in BBA, you need to have pass in HSC from a recognised board. Admission is based on the merit in qualifying exam and counselling conducted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Hi,
For NDA, you have to give NDA exam that is conducted twice every year, and if you clear that written exam after that you have to appear for SSB (it is an interview process), and also have to clear that and then after that you have to clear physical and medical test. If you clear all these stages you can join NDA.
