As per the NDA eligibility criteria for Naval and Air Force wings, The candidate must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects. So you are not eligible for Naval and Air force wings. However you are eligible for Army wing.

Yes you can apply for NDA If you are appearing in 12th during this year. The 12th Science (PCM) students are eligible for all the three wings I. e Air Force, Naval and Army.
