KAS is the state service of Karnataka. They are state level officers recruited by state Public service commission.
They can hold post in state government that are assigned for them.
The cushiest post in state are earmarked by IAS officers.

It is always better to go ahead with Science stream. The syllabus included for the NDA exam mainly comprises of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at high proportion. This is more and enough for us to decide which stream to choose.

Hi Manish, you will have to attempt NDA exam, which is conducted yearly. If you once clear it, you may get in. For this, you should have taken PCM group in your +2. Or else, after completing your graduation or Diploma you can apply for certain notifications issued by the board. Good luck.
