You have to choose your interested course for graduation and then practice History, Geography, Economic, Political Science subject and have an optional subject in which you have to master so that you can easily tackle the question from the optional part. Frankly, I am confused. Ok. It seems you have registered for PhD but not completed it. Right? See if you have registered but could not complete PhD, then after certain years it automatically gets cancelled if you do no research work and do not seek extension. But if you have obtained PhD then it remains with you lifelong. Now, yes, you indeed can show your registration but what value it is? I am afraid, it has not much value.
