Female engineering candidates of age 18 to 28 years can opt for the technical branch. There are two types of technical services whose educational qualification conditions are given below:
Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical)
Aeronautical Engineer (Electrical)
Other than this, you can attempt CDSE or if you have NCC C Certificate then through NCC Special Entry.

You should prepare for your state. You can attempt all examination but remember that they ask GS of that state and language may also be a barrier. It should be easier to study about your state and in your own language. If you live in North States, then it may be easier for you apply in most northern states like Delhi, UP, Madhya Pradesh, UK, HP, etc.

UPSC exams that require graduation as a criteria will recognize the graduation degree if it from a recognised University. There more than 800 recognized universities in India. It would be easier if you searched for the college itself and check its affiliation.

SCRA is not conducted anymore. It was declined by UPSC in 2016. But there is possibility that it may be conducted this year. The date is not fixed but it may be released in October.

To work in Income tax department as an officer or clerk it is required that you take exams. SSC CGL and CHSL are some common entrance exams. Also, if you are willing to work as IVth class employee then IT Department releases vacancies for Drivers, PAs, etc.

Yes, of course. B.Sc in IT is a valid degree and recognised too. It is a common distance learning course provided by many institutes. So it is definitely valid.

Do you mean VDO? If it is VDO exam conducted by UPSSSC then you are eligible only if you have CCC certificate along with graduation degree.
