It all depends upon you for which post you want to apply. There are some posts which accept engineering degree as educational eligibility, some accept diploma courses and some posts for which educational criteria is 12th standard.

According to the latest notification by the CBSE, the NEET 2018 application forms are expected to release in the month of January in 2018.
Since, it is already mid of December 2017. So, aspirants will not have to wait much.
