No government jobs are available after B.Sc biotech for sure, even after M.sc also no grantees as you will be provided with one fellowship programme under the Dept. of Biotech, India. They will be providing you different training programmes in private companies, if got selected through those companies, that would be fine. If not, again you have to carry your resume to all companies. But one should apply for the Dept. of biotech, India in the beginning of the 3rd starting itself. No guarantee that you would be able to get the opportunity in that fellowship.

Quantitaive Aptitude is divided into 5 parts:
1. Arithmetic (Includes Percentages, Simple-Compound Interest, Profit-loss discount, Ratios, proportions, mixtures allegations, time-speed-distance & time-work)
2. Algebra (Includes linear & quadratic equations, functions, logs, etc etc)
3. Geometry (Lines, angles, triangles, polygons, mensuration, 3-D geo etc etc)
4. Number System (includes classifications, surds, simplifications, remainders, cyclicity)

There are many modes through which you can join ISRO as a scientist or an engineer. After 12th or during 12th, you can appear for IIST exam (Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Trivandrum). To know details of this exam please see the IIST web sitewww.iist.ac.in. IIST graduates above a certain pass percentage cut off in final B Tech exam are directly absorbed in ISRO system as Scientist/Engineer -SC grade.
One can also join ISRO after finishing B Tech from the university system. For this, they have to appear for ISRO centralised recruitment. The advertisement for this is often published in national newspapers.

Now if we compare both the jobs, then both are prestigious jobs in Govt. providing you incentives, money. Now, it depends on you what you want in your life. If you want to gain some power of administration in your hand and also want money, then surely you must go for SSC-CGL because in PO job you are not given any power related to administration. And if you want to earn much money in your life then surely go for bank PO job. Now, here I am describing some points where you can get some idea why I would say that SSC-CGL jobs are much better than Bank PO jobs.
