I would like to tell you that most of the colleges have a provision for re-appearing in your internal exams if you have scored less or in some cases if you are absent stating a valid reason. You can check for improvement test with your faculty and can re-appear in the same. The rules and policies varies from college to college. So, you can check with the student affairs department of your college or your faculty, whichever is feasible to you.
if you didn't given your internal exam then you must inform to your respective Dean or the department hod such that they will manage your internal marks with your second internal and afterwards you

Its campus is famous for being the most significant medical campus of all medical colleges in Asia. It is recognised by MCI (Medical Council of India), New Delhi. It is also the first Indian college to start physiotherapy school and occupational therapy. This college received the first CT scanner in Maharashtra state.

This college is one of the best colleges in the country for providing Medical Education.
Yes, ragging was an issue in the past, but now there are very few instances of ragging, and that too is not severe (just some intros and other minor things)
I have not heard of any rave parties happening here (I don't know who told you this). And as far as liquor is concerned, yes few students do consume liquor, but the count is very low to have liquor parties going on on the campus.
Hostels are hardly 300–500 meters away from the college building. Anyone needing a hostel room can get it and doesn't need to stay in private hostels.

You will fall in love with this college.
It’s magnamous first of all. ( campus is HUGE)
Patient flow is tremendous so you learn a lot.
It is good technical wise also MRI, CT, interventiinal radiology also is there.
Even having technology teachers are more prone to teach clinical aspects like diagnosis and all . in mumbai they mainly do it on investigations.
There is good social culture also with own college fest, rock band of each year, music society, dance club, drama club (sa ka ma), quiz club (central india’s first ) etc.
And attendance aspect part is light so you get a lot of time to study.
I loved my 5.5 years of ug.
