With a NEET score of 479, it may be challenging to get admission to most of the government or semi-government medical colleges in India. It may differ from state to state and college to college depending on their seat matrix, reservation policy, previous year trends, etc. However, based on some previous year data Students who score above 550 have a better chance of being admitted to a government college for MBBS, according to patterns from the previous year. This indicates that the NEET score minimum for MBBS at Government or semi government College is 550 this score is the minimum for getting admission in good college
