Graphic design has a very good scope regarding job opportunities and salary packages. A graphic designer is half an engineer, so jobs are offered not only by designing companies, but one might get chance to enter Google or Microsoft etc.

Web Designing Course basically deals with creation and maintenance of websites.
Many Private institutes and coaching provide Web-Designing Course but the courses differs from Institute.
Generally, the available courses are certificate courses, diploma courses and post graduate courses. All these would ultimately direct you in the field of web design but each course has its own uniqueness.
Certificate courses:
These are generally short term courses which would be for a month or so. It would cover the necessary concepts in brief but you cannot get the knowledge as that of a diploma or a degree course.

Yes there is a 2 hour long entrance exam called LISA CAT (Common entrance test) followed by an interview.
