Students are advised to make a proper timetable and follow it daily. Start with difficult subjects. Divide your syllabus and try to finish each part as per the time table. Allot enough time for revision and solving sample papers. Do not use mobile phones during study time.

It is best to revise each subject at least once a week. After finishing one chapter, do a quick review the next day, then again after a week. Make short notes, flashcards, or summary points to help with revision. Regular revision of GSEB HSC syllabus keeps everything fresh in your mind till exam day. Don't leave revision for the last moment.

Even if a student fails in pre board exam, he or she can appear for the Class 12 board exam. Model exams help students to know how well they are prepared for the Board exam. A student cannot be detained from appearing in the Class 12 Board exam, if failed in pre board exam. Hence students need not worry, if they fail in pre board. They are advised to prepare well within the remaining time and appear for the board exam.

Students will not be promoted without securing the minimum passing marks of 33 in all subjects and also 33 percent in aggregate.
In case you are unable to score the passing marks in one or two subjects, you will be allowed to sit for the supplementary exams. You are advised to go through the Class 12th syllabus of your board, and know the exam pattern so that you can score well in exams.
