The important dates for the GUJCET 2025 application process, which determines eligibility for B.E. / B.Tech courses at Gandhinagar University and other institutions, are as follows: the application form was released on December 16, 2024. The last date to apply without a late fee was December 31, 2024, which was extended to January 7, 2025. The deadline for registration with a late fee was January 15, 2025. The GUJCET exam was held on March 23, 2025.

To get admission in University for B.Tech programme through GUJCET, there was some important dates such as application date- December 16, 2024 and counselling date - March 24, 2025. You can register yourself by visiting official GUJCET website and fill the details. To get admission, candidate must clear admission committee for professional courses ( ACPC) counselling process and select Gandhinagar University as preference institute.

There are multiple ways to get admission in this college like for the B.Tech you can apply for the college's own entrance exam or even based on your JEE rank. For other undergrad courses you can get admission through CUET or even by the college's own entrance exam.

The Institute of Technology gives admission to the BTech courses through scores of GUJCET entrance exams. The GUJCET 2024 cutoff has also been announced up to Round 3, in which BTech in CSE was the most sought-after course and had a closing rank of 302 for students under the General Home State quota. Candidates can refer to the following table for more information:

The cutoff for the Government Engineering College, Gandhinagar GUJCET exam has been released for 2024. The last round closing cutoff ranks for the BE / BTech course ranged between 901418 and 931399. On the other hand, some of the less competitive courses with lenient GUJCET cutoff ranks of 931399, and 927242 were BE in Biomedical Engineering and BE in Metallurgy Engineering, respectively. BE in Computer Engineering stood as the most desirable course choice among the General AI quota.

Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering accepts GUJCET scores to offer B.E./BTech courses. Taking the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering cutoff 2024 into consideration, the required rank stood between 5292 and 8940 for the General AI category candidates. Wherein, the most competitive course was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). CEPT University admissions:
- B.Arch: 50% through ACPC (GUJCET scores) and 50% through NATA scores.
- B.Tech (Hons.) Civil Engineering: Qualifying exam marks + JEE Main or GUJCET scores.
- Other programs: Evaluate applications, portfolios, and entrance exams like UCEED or CEPT Aptitude Test.

No, you cannot get through GUJCET(Gujarat Common Entrance Test) in DAIICT(Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology) . The candidates need to go through the ACPC(Admissuon Committe for Professional Courses) counselling process. DAIICT does not directly accept GUJCET scores but you can use these scores in ACPC counselling process. Also you can get in DAIICT through JEE Mains Score it has a major weightage for admission.

The exam body prepares the GUJCET merit list 2026 by giving 60% weightage to class 12 marks and 40% weightage to GUJCET score. The scores will be adjusted on pro rata basis with 60% weightage of class 12 marks and 40% weightage of GUJCET marks.
