Yes, you can get admission in MSU Baroda with less marks but then your options out here are narrow within B.Sc. Or B.Com or B.A. Suppose there 200 seats out of which 20 are reserved. So, those 20 seats will only be available for those reserved candidates and the remaining seats are seats for all. All means all the castes. Hope that helps.

If you have passion and determination there is no age to learn something. There is no age criteria in any college to get a admission in it. JEE and GUJCET are exams to get into big government colleges and get the best out of it. But you easily can apply for any private college without any exam.

Yes, you can very much apply for GUJCET examination after having cleared your 12th standard from NIOS board. However, below I have mentioned the eligibility criteria for GUJCET. Kindly have a look. &get; Aspirants must have scored a minimum of 50% in their 12th board examination.
