Gulshan Kumar Film and Television Institute of India does not considers entrance exam scores for admission. Candidates are selected for admission based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. The minimum qualification required for UG courses is Class 12 and graduation for PG programmes. Once selected, aspirants are further called for a personal interview round for admission.

M.Sc.Candidates must have passed graduation from a recognised Institute/ University
M.A.Candidates who have passed graduation from a recognised Institute/ University are eligible to apply.
UG DiplomaCandidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
Or
Candidates pursuing graduation are also eligible to apply.
