Review of Gulshan Kumar Film and Television Institute of India.
Placements: In our college, the placement rate is pretty cool. Our teachers and faculty have great contacts in the media field for editing. We have our great teacher Ajit sir who helps us to join editing internships and jobs. Their contacts are amazing in the industry. The lowest package in our college is 2.5 LPA. The maximum package is 8 LPA. Companies like Zee, ABP, NDTV Aaj Tak, and many more companies hire our students in their respective groups. Approximately 90% of students from my batch are currently doing good jobs and internships.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are nice with air-conditioners and Wi-Fi facilities. We have an editing lab and sound recording room. We don't have any personal hostels but our college provides PGs contact numbers and those PGs are pretty good. Our canteen is very spacious with good food facilities.
Faculty: Our journalism faculty members are very good and well-educated. They are PhD holders. Every teacher has different teaching qualities that give more practical knowledge to students than theory. The course curriculum is very helpful as we have both degree and diploma courses, so it includes every single thing we need in the field.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a good journalist in the future. I selected this college just because our campus is in the middle of the film city Noida. Our campus shares its boundaries with big news channels like Republic Bharat, TV9, Zee News, and ABP. Our college hosts many fests and events every month. Many celebrities like Rajkumar Rao, Tulsi Kumar, Abhinav Sinha, etc., visit our campus.

I am satisfied with the great faculty.
Placements: According to me, approximately 70% to 80% of the students who work hard for their future get placements. The highest and lowest packages depend on their work. The top recruiting company is T-Series. The top role offered in this course is acting.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well-maintained. In my course, as a cinema student, the classes are well-maintained and well-managed, including smart classrooms with air-conditioned rooms and televisions for smooth lectures. The canteen is also great for having snacks and food.
Faculty: The college faculty is very kind and helpful. They are well-qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great, and the teachers work hard to teach students better. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students become industry-ready.
Other: I choose this course because I'm interested in acting and want to become an actor. The best things about my course are the course structure, curriculum, and campus life. I want the acting classes to be improved.

Fashion Department at GKFTII.
Placements: Rarely does anyone get placements, and even if they do, the placements aren't that great. Most recruiting companies are based in Delhi and Noida. However, students do get good internships here. For example, a senior got an internship under Rahul Mishra, though it was entirely his own effort and hard work.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi available to students and no library either. There are no clubs or extracurricular activities. The canteen food is average, not very bad but not very good either. The canteen is more like a restaurant, so students barely go there. Sports day is held every year, but no fest happens. Only major festivals are celebrated.
Faculty: The faculty is good and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is fairly good. The curriculum is relevant, and they have recently introduced AI-based fashion learning, which is quite interesting. The exams are not very difficult because the course is more practical than theoretical. What you do in class is what you’ll be expected to do in the exams as well.

I am satisfied with the college placements of 2021.
Placements: India news is the top placements companies in the college, and the best thing about the college is you get field experience which can be helpful for your professional life. The college is located in the heaven of the media industry. And up to 70-80% of students are placed.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is fantastic, and the food in the canteen is also delicious, there are no sports facilities in this college because it is a media college. Wi-fi is also not available but as a student, if you want to get good practical exposure, then take admission.
Faculty: Faculty and seniors are helpful, and the semester exam is relatively easy. Still, this course curriculum is relevant to the field exposure, and if you focus on study, it is easy to score good marks. The good thing about the course is that it is 70% practical and 30% theoretical.
Other: I choose this course because I want to be a political journalist, and this college has excellent faculty and practical exposure.

The experience of this college is good.
Placements: They did not offer any kind of placements or audition updates instead they just provide students with the knowledge and some contacts that would be helpful for them to get into the industry. Students can get internships in other fields from here. A few numbers of students were working well in this industry.
Infrastructure: The campus offers every necessary thing i.e every floor has at least two washrooms, one for males and the other for females. It provides a water cooler on every floor. Elevators were also available, though the building looks old and needs a refurbishment. A canteen was available that offers not a huge variety of food, but basics at a good price.
Faculty: Faculty members were best when it comes to film and television. Students get a lot of things to learn from them. They were cooperative, understanding, and supportive. When it comes to exams they prepare students well to qualify them with great performance.
Other: The time I join the campus was crowded and also students of all of the fields were available, and they were energetic about their courses including me. I joined this course and the campus because I had no other option but eventually it turn out to be a good decision to join GKFTII. The campus provides good crowd, and students will find only creative people here.

It is a decent college for dedicated people.
Placements: There are not too great placements, and most offers were for unpaid interns. They offered low-salary and low-profile jobs. Top recruiting companies were none of the famous ones. All companies were small startups estimated to shut down within a few months. Almost 30% or maybe even fewer people were placed by our college. It's pitty as students work in small companies with nearly no salary.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in our college and the infrastructure is also satisfactory. This college has no hostel or any activities related to sports, it's much like coaching classes. They provide only study and nothing else. Wi-Fi is also not available for students and the canteen is also not good.
Faculty: Teachers here are qualified and helpful. The course is comprehensive and makes students industry-ready. Exams are easy. The pass percentage is 35%. This course can only be relevant if you are dedicated because no one is going to help you out here. You had to stay away from negative people and just concentrate on what you study. Only then you will have a positive effect, else everything will be wasted. But teachers here constantly change, that's a great problem.
Other: I chose this course to develop my personality and learn more about happenings and ways of presenting oneself in front of the mass. My motive is to make connections in the industry and this course made that possible.
