The seat reservation policies in MBA at Gurugram University is according to the state guidelines. Reservation applies for SC/ ST and other categories. To secure a seat in MBA at Gurugram University, students have to fulfill the eligibility criteria and clear the cutoff scores of the accepted examinations. The university releases merit list along with number of vacancies for the particular course. Candidates are advised to visit the college's official website regularly to keep a track on such updates.

These documents differs from one subject to another according to the nature and levels of courses, that is whether the course is MBA, MBA Executive or Integrated MBA. But mentioned are some of the common documents that will be needed at the time of registration-
- Scanned photograph (<500 KB)

The eligibility criteria for MBA courses differ from course to course. Majorly 3 courses of MBA are offered by Gurugram University, the eligibility criteria for each is mentioned below-
- MBA: 50% aggregate in Masters or Bachelors from recognised university. (47.5% for SC/ ST and Divyang categories)
- MBA executive: 50% aggregate in Masters or Bachelors from recognised university. (47.5% for SC/ ST and Divyang categories) along with 2 years' industry experience.
- MBA Integrated: 10+2 from a recognised school board with 50% aggregate (47.5% for SC/ ST and Divyang categories).

As of now Gurugram university is not offering online/ distance learning programs. MBA 2 year courses and 5-year integrated course are offered in regular mode. The college campus also includes hostel facilities, so outstation students who wish to study MBA at Gurugram University can consider exploring these amenities before making any decisions.

The MBA admissions to Gurugram University are based on entrance level examinations like CAT/ XAT/ MAT and university level entrance exam. However, at the time of admissions different criteria are analysed and weighed upon to consider the overall profile of the candidate.
