Yes, 100%, you can get admission in HRC for this course but remember your best if four must include mathematics and this score must be for best of 4 not overall.

To calculate the best four consider 3 science subjects and one other subject in which you have better score add them all and divide by total number of marks and multiple by 100%. You will get best four percentage.
