Well, to become a doctor, Medical Anthropology is the only choice you have. You'll study how to address the wellness of people within the context of cultural, historical, and political forces.
Biological/Physical Anthropology and Forensic Anthropology are also great choices in my opinion, if you're looking for a pre-med field.

For the MA in Anthropology admission, the most important exam you can prepare for is CUET-PG. It is a national-level exam accepted by hundreds of top colleges across India.
Second, you can prepare for university-level tests if you have a specific college in mind and it conducts its own exam. Next, you can also prepare for state-level exams like Orissa SAMS, Andhra Pradesh PGCET, etc.

But Anthropology can give you a wide career scope where you can explore many fields like research, social services, government departments, international organizations, diplomatic services, etc. Roles like Research Assistant, Museum Manager, etc., can get you a salary around INR 4 - 5 LPA, and with some relevant experience, the salary package will get higher.
