Hi,
CCNA and CCNP courses are relating to Network administration and manage. Whereas, CCIE is purely security oriented course. As far as benefit is concerned, all of these courses are in demand but CCIE has got better prospects.
From my practical experience, if you want to settle your career as a security professional still you need to have some knowledge of networking. Hence, I would suggest to go for CCNA first, you may move on CCIE.

Go for VLSI, you'll be learning new things your entire life, and your salary will too be increasing ever. Go for Embedded, innovations are awaiting. It's the road less taken than the other two, but it's worth that. Go for Networking if you're typical non-core, and software interested type.
