The minimum eligibility criterion for admission in MBA in most of BSchools is at least a 3-years bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent (45 per cent for SC/ST or persons with disability (PWD) category).
If your Hardware and Networking course is not a degree, you are not eligible for MBA.

Hello Sohrab,
You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Hackers mean "thieves". No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.

With your educational background, you can easily get job in any networking equipment manufacturing company development centre such as Cisco etc. Most of top MNC pick up freshers from campus recruitment. If you missed selection in campus placement then you may seek job through consultants, job portals or referral by your college alumni network. If you want to work in network operations then Networking Certifications such as CCNA is mandatory requirement.
