While Oxford ranks #2 in UK, Harvard Law ranks #1 Law School in USA.

Yes Barack Obama attended Harvard Law School and graduated in 1991. He enrolled in 1988. He was 1st Black president of Harvard Law Review. He earned his Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude.
