The application fee that students of Harvard University are required to pay is $75, equivalent to INR 5,775. But what the university provides a fee waiver for some category of students which include low income families, military families, and those who have taken part in special programs like the QuestBridge. The university also allows fee waivers from the College Board, National Association for College Admission Counseling and other organizations.
