To get into Harvard, your UG result is not enough. Harvard is one of the top business schools, so when you try to get admission, they not only analyze your UG marks, they see a whole picture of you.
For example:
1. The school you studied.
2. The curricular activities, which you have taken. (Essay competition, your participation in essay writing and speech competitions).
3. The college you studied.
You will have a better chance, if you are a medalist from IIT and a you need to have really high score in GMAT and any one of the English proficiency language exams.

You need to decide the program and need to apply online through their application link. Check the admission requirements of the university for that program and then go ahead.

Harvard is the best option. But if I ever have a situation like this then I will choose IIT because only India is producing quality engineers every year more than any country. So there should be some reason behind why all the big companies hire IITians and Indians at good posts.
Just think about this as well while making any decision.

Higher the scores, better are your chances. The high score will not guarantee you the admissions into Harvard. Focus on improving your overall profile. Which grade are you in?

An extraordinary profile - good academic track record, high GMAT or GRE scores, substantial work experience and a number of extra curricular activities to be considered for Harvard, one of the top 3 business schools in the world. Scholarships are for stellar performers. So, there is no process, if you are fit for Harvard, you will be in. For formal requirements and process it is better you check the business school website for clarity on the type of students they admit and learn about the selection process.

Hi again,
You need not worry about the Teacher Report. Please register yourself on Common App, the college will invite your teachers to submit the recommendation form. However keep your school counselors informed. 2 teacher evaluations are required. Remember you need to add colleges you desire to apply on Common App portal. Once you add them detailed information and requirements will be displayed. Good Luck.
