There is no set criteria but your entire academic record from 10th onwards is very crucial. Both your academic performance and extra curricular activities will play an important role during the admission process in these top ranked and selective universities. 70% or more and SAT score of 1350+ is suggested.

Probability of getting admission in MIT or Harvard based on your current and fore casted performance is low.

Apart from these traits, you must take the SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions. Based on your academic performance and records you do not stand much chances to get admission in MBA in top B-Schools abroad unless you have something unique in your CV to show in your SOP and also you score a Perfect Score in GMAT.

Here are some steps:
1. Complete your 12th with distinction.
2. Take your SAT and score atleast 1500 out of 1600.
3. Take part in Olympiads and other national level seminars and win awards too.
4. You will be at an advantage if you are a national or a state level athlete.
5. Visit Harvard University website and check the admission requirements, you can prepare accordingly.
So, while you still have time build your profile, study hard and do a lot of extra curricular activities.
