According to the available data, National Institute of Design, Assam and NID Kurukshetra are both autonomous public design universities in India. NID is considered one of the premier institutes in design, founded in 1961, with extension campuses in Gandhinagar and Bengaluru. The other NIDs are located in the cities of Kurukshetra, Vijayawada, Jorhat, and Bhopal. NID Kurukshetra was established on November 15, 2016, as an autonomous institute under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India). Both institutes offer Bachelor of Design (B.Des.), Graduate Diploma Program in Design (GDPD), Master of Design (M.Des.), and doctoral programs (PhD). NID-DAT is a two-stage national-level entrance examination for the NIDs, organized every year by the NID Admissions Cell for admission to various design programs.

MDU's Department of Law in Rohtak is acknowledged as one of Haryana's premier law colleges, established in 1978 and affiliated with MDU, approved by the Bar Council of India. The eligibility criteria for the MBA (Dual Specialization, Affiliated by MDU, Rohtak) + PGPM (Industry Synergized) course at IBMR Gurgaon is that the candidate should have passed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline as recognised by UGC, under 10+2+3 system with minimum 50% aggregate. Candidates appearing in the final year may also apply. 

Admission Procedure;- 

Candidates are required to appear in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA and produce the score card. The admission merit list is prepared on applicant’s academic record, work experience, scores in the management test (ICAT), and performance in the Institute’s selection process including group discussions and personal interviews.
