With a JEE Main rank of 90k one can count on colleges like J.C. Bose University (YMCA), Faridabad, DCRUST, Murthal, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (Delhi) through JOSAA/State counselling that are located in Haryana, Gurugram or Noida. These government/semi-government colleges will have CSE at a very low fee (?40K–?80K/year). WCT offers 25 courses at UG and PG levels including specialisations. The college offers BTech, BBA, and BCA at the UG level, as well as MTech, MBA, and MCA at the PG level. Jagannath University Haryana offers 8 specialisations in BTech, while BMIET (B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology) offers 11 specialisations. This provides students at BMIET with marginally more flexibility. However, in terms of tuition fees, Jagannath University's BTech programme is priced at approximately INR 4.84 lakh for 4 years, whereas BMIET is more affordable at around INR 3.55 lakh. Students comparing the two institutions should weigh the cost versus curriculum variety and evaluate which programme aligns better with their goals.

Haryana domicile students applying for the BTech programme at Jagannath University are eligible for significant scholarship support. As per the University Act, such students can receive tuition fee waivers ranging from 25% to 100%, depending on eligibility. Additionally,  SC category students from Haryana whose annual family income is below INR 2.5 lakhs can apply for the Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS), which offers up to 100% tuition fee coverage.
