You can opt any specialization which you are interested in. Now healthcare management has a good scope but you will be earning less salary in the beginning and after gaining experience you will get good packages.

If you have done BAMS from a recognised university with more than 50% then you are eligible to seek admission in MBA or PG Diploma in Healthcare Management in any university or B-School.
