Selection -Selection to the Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA) courses is generally made on the basis of the marks obtained in +2 and through general entrance test, followed by a Group Discussion and / or Personal Interview. In the Institute of Health Management Research (IHMR) Bangalore, the candidates are selected for admission to PGPHM / PGPPHM only on the basis of personal interviews conducted by the Faculty of the Institute at Bangalore and other cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. The selection criterion will also take into account the candidates command over English Language, skill in communicating, Computer handling and overall managerial ability.

You can go for technical courses to add value to your resume and to be more efficient, you can go for PMP certification, Six Sigma certification, R course, Python, Advanced Excel, Edx, Google analytics, Front Office Management and Inventory Management. PMP certification can be done with the experience of 3 years or more. So, you need to have a preparatory course of PMP to take the exam. Better go for google analytics, digital marketing, supply chain management course, operation management, family business management, etc.

While the question is about the healthcare management which is basically concerned with a healthcare unit or a hospital. You will be required to manage the entire system of the unit from procurement of material for the hospital to delivery. The timely service to the customer, from administration to proper ethics following in the unit.You will be managing the entire unit on your own.The starting salary will be Rs 4 lakh which will revise as you will gain experience. So it had enormous scope and growth in every country.
While talking about IT or information technology it deals with the computer system tech-driven system to handling sensitive tools of the company to market. As IT guy you will be responsible for managing the company information technology. The starting salary will be Rs 7 lakh which will increase with your experience
