You can take CAT, MAT, XAT exams for MBA. They basically ask aptitude, reasoning and English. Level is very hard, so you have to prepare very hard. Good luck.

Most reputed or decent colleges require you to have appeared for some management entrance exam. It's to evaluate your basic skills and knowledge required to be in a management position. Just appear in any management entrance exam, there are plenty out there and most of them you can appear 2-3 times a year.

Hey,
You must score atleast 60% marks in your Bachelors degree from any recognized university and then you will get selected on the basis of SRM JEEM score. For MBA admission process, there will be Psychometric Test, GD and PI.

In recent years, hospital industry is gaining corporate structure in India and more and more multi-specialist hospitals are coming up. At present, there is acute shortage of management hands with medical background. Therefore, there is no doubt that after BDS or MBBS one can opt a career in Management. However, by opting management side one will miss the dental practice & that could affect her/him in future if he/she opt to practice.
