The Jawahar Lal Nehru University basically declares the cut off based on the categories of reservation as General, SC, ST, OBC and PWD.
2019 JNU cut off will be announced after their result declaration for various programme.

No, you can't include 2 languages in your best 4. Best 4 should include 1 language and 3 elective subjects.

Yes, you can change your language from English to Hindi but only in 1st year, once you reach 2nd year, no changes can be made. For changing your language, you have to write an application to Chairperson of UG admission or you can do it directly through the website too, but only when admissions are open.

The basic eligibility for DU JAT is that you must have maths as a compulsory subject in class 12th. Hence, you cannot appear in the exam with Hindi.

I don't think you should try for B.Voc but you should go for UPCS that will be more fruitful for you.

You have 50% & Above Marks in B.A. (Hindi) Honours, so you are eligible to pursue a Bachelor of Education (Hindi). Apply for the Entrance Exams with the respective University/ College and get admitted.

Hello T Khan, It's indeed quite tough to answer this query. For general category it's 20K to 30 K rank. But then if you are from the linguistics minority then 50% seats are reserved for you. There is a solution though. The link I am attaching will predict college for you based on your performance in MHT CET. Keep on filling different values and see when you get this College!
