The NIMCJ Ahmedabad is a good college for MA in journalism and mass communication. The institute has been ranked in various positions for journalism and mass communication. The institute mainly focuses on this course only. Students get great placement opportunities after completing MA from NIMCJ

Parul University has respectable placement records for MA Journalism & Mass Communication with an average package of around INR 8 LPA and a high of up to INR 46 LPA. Employers include Times of India and Amazon. Around 80% PG students got placed, although online reviews mentioning faculty quality and consistency in review were mixed.

The choice among them depends on your career requirements and interests. No doubt, a full-fledged PG-degree course in Journalism will open more learning and earning opportunities for you. But a PG Diploma will be easier and faster to complete. Also, a Diploma programme is relatively cheaper than a Master's course.
