Hello Sahithi,
First of all, admission process in BHU are already closed for this year so you have only one option lest which DU admission process has just started from 4th June. So, fill up the forms as quickly possible. As far as comparison the DU is much better without any doubt as it provides lots if scopes.

Yes, you can get admission is DU with this percentage but you have to wait for 3rd or 4th cutoff.
