In many colleges, you can pursue BA Hindi (Hons.) with 71% marks. But basically, it depends on the cut-off list. If you are a Delhi student, you can check out the Delhi University website and check the cut-off list according to your category and select the college depending on your percentage. There's the same process with other universities and their colleges too.

The eligibility criteria to join B.Ed course for Hindi streams are :
1 -Graduate/post graduate degreewith a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks (40 percent marks in case of SC/ST candidates).
2- Two years of relevant teaching experience from a CBSE/ICSE/NCTE or state board affiliated school/institution or organisation. Age limit:
- For fresher students - 40 Years
-For deputed students - 45 Years.
