Yes, you can apply for postgraduation of Journalism but, it is totally depends on the university or college. There are some universities or college who only wants bachelor's or journalism, not other stream but also, there are various college or universaties available in india may admit students from other streams as well.

I guess you are asking what is better?
Well according to me, regular learning is far better than distance because you actually get to learn your subjects but whereas in distance learning, there is very less scope of actual learning and so I prefer regular learning. But this is just my opinion. It could vary from person to person.

Hello Deepika,
Can I do a correction? Doctoral degree i.e. PhD is higher in heirarchy than MPhil. Hence if you are already a PhD the best course for you is to do PhD in another topic rather than MPhil.
