Yes, you can apply for NDA exam while you are studying commerce in class 12th, but you will only be eligible for the army as the other two services give you a B.Tech degree for which Science stream is compulsory in class 11 & 12. But the following conditions should also be kept in mind:
1) Your age must be between 16.5 and 19.5 on the day of reporting to the academy, provided you make it in the final merit list and get the joining letter.
2) You must be able to provide the class 12th marksheet and Certificate on the day of reporting to the academy, or before the cutoff date as stipulated by the respective HQ.

The fee structure at Thakur Har Narayan Singh Degree College for M.A. in Hindi is around INR 8000 annually and also practical fees is around INR 300 annually and no scholarships are available.

The tuition fees for M.A in Hindi at P.S.M degree college is Rs 6500. The duration of the course is 2 years. The college offers 40 seats in MA Hindi.

The college fee is quite decent and affordable. The fee for 2 years M.A is near about 50,000 for 2 years. The fee changes sometimes which you will get updated while you take admission to the course. Do check out

The cut off is not released yet . But the other credentials required are a Candidate must have passed or appeared 10+2 (Intermediate) examination in any stream conducted by the UP Board/CBSE/ICSE or an examination by any State Board.
