The medium of instruction for LLB courses in India depends on the university or law college offering the course. Generally, most of the top law colleges and universities in India offer LLB courses in English as it is the language of legal education and practice in India.
However, there are some universities or law colleges that may offer LLB courses in Hindi or other regional languages. Therefore, it is advisable to check the official website or brochure of the respective university or law college you are interested in, to know about the medium of instruction for their LLB program.

However, in India, many law colleges and universities offer LL.B. courses in both English and Hindi medium, depending on the preference of the students and availability of resources.
It is recommended that you check with the specific college or university that you are interested in for their medium of instruction. Additionally, you can also check the official website of the Bar Council of India (BCI), which is the regulatory body for legal education in India, for a list of approved law colleges and universities in India.

Your MH-CET score of 90 marks with 89.83 percentile can be considered a decent score that may increase your chances of getting admission. Admission to Thakur College for the MS programme may also depend on various factors such as the number of applicants, the availability of seats, the minimum eligibility criteria, and the selection process of the college. I would recommend that you check the college's website or contact the admission office for detailed information on the admission process and eligibility criteria for the MS programme.
