Dear Lakshay, First of all, I would like to inform you that LPU has no campus in Delhi apart from the admission office. LPU has only a single campus in Jalandhar Punjab. Coming to the BA (Hons. ) in History or Political Science, being alumni of LPU I would like to share the eligibility criteria for the same. You should have passed with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, . Moreover, you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam conducted by LPU to fulfill the eligibility criteria. History has good amount of share in civil service exam. I suggest you to analyse the subject wise share of UPSE CSE. You can choose History as optional for your Mains. It is a good option for civil services if the subject is interesting for you. Also History is helpful in prelims. Best wishes.
