All the three management options you have mentioned are very different to each other. You can go for either of these, however, logistics and healthcare management are in good demand. So, if you do an MBA in logistics or health care management from a good institute it would be a good combination.

Below mentioned are the average admission requirements at most Canadian colleges for Masters in health administration course:
1. Class 12th: No specific cutoff
2. Bachelors: At least 3.30 GPA
The applicant must have completed or be about to complete a 4 year Bachelor's degree with a minimum of B+ average or upper second class granted by university of recognized standing. The applicants also have minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study.

As you are a nursing graduate, so MBA in hospital administration will be a better option as it deals with hospital management. MBA in healthcare management is also good and it has more wide scope as it involves whole of healthcare industry including hospitals, pharma companies, etc.
It depends on your interest, but since you have done nursing then hospital management is better as it is more related to your field of study.
