The fees for hotel management course varies from college to college i.e for government colleges, the total 4 years fees is around 1,45000 INR. And for IHM colleges, it will around 80k to 100k per annum ( 2 semesters) means around 400 k for degree (excluding hostel charges). If you applied from NHCM JEE application form or State UG entrance exam you can surely get scholarship, is you parents' income is less than 2.5 Lacs per annum.

For research field in hospitality department Ph.D. or Mpil is the top course. There is a three years fellowship for Ph.D. Hospitality in NHMCT for that you have to qualify the eligibility test for enrolment in Ph.D. programme. Surely the BHMCT from IHM Meerut is a good career option but for placements you have to study hard as well as you also have vacational training & experience certificates of the department. For these certificates you have to work in hotels and chains as interns at just negligible stipend (max -1200 rs ) upto 6 months .
