Diploma in Culinary Arts:
Eligibility criteria: Students who have passed 10+2 board examination (any stream- Science/Commerce/Arts) are eligible to pursue this course. Minimum aggregate marks criteria may apply in case of some institutes (generally around 50% marks).

Hotel management is a tricky field, but has plenty of potential. Right now the overall industry is down and that has affected the job creation. But surviving in this industry is difficult, unless you have the skill set. Go for hotel management and them get an MBA aswell. That will help her to stand out among peers and get a relatively stable job.
