Yes you can hotel management after 12th.
After 12th students can join degree, diploma & certificate courses in Hotel Management. The duration of degree courses is 3 years, while diploma & certificate courses are of 6-15 Months

Candidates are eligible to pursue a Hotel/ Hospitality course offered at the UG level if they have completed their 10+2 from a recognised board with passing marks. Many colleges also list an additional eligibility criteria stating that it is mandatory for students to have cleared English as a core subject of study if they want to pursue a hotel/ hospitality management course. On the other hand, to pursue a PG course in hotel/ hospitality management candidates need to be graduates.
