For P. G. in this field, you need graduation in the same. But for certificate or diploma, you need not to have graduation in hotel management. You should be at least 10+2.

MBA in hotel management is better than doing hotel management after your graduation like B.Com. So, go for the MBA, this will give you more opportunities to boost your future. But, normal hotel management course will not give you that options. And here, your also qualifying your Masters and entering the job with a Masters qualification, which will really help you out.
