Hi, Admission to the course at various private institutes of the country is based on the candidates performance in a relevant entrance test and round of personal interview. Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria:
10+2 level of education completed from a recognised educational Board. English as one of the main subjects at the 10+2 level.

Yes, you can certainly do this course now. All you need is a 10th pass certificate for this Diploma but I assume you already have done that. But I would suggest opting for BBA in Hotel Management as it will be more beneficial in long term.

MBA in hotel management is a PG course and can be done only after completing graduation. However, B.Sc in hotel management is a graduation course. If you want to make your career in hospitality industry then B.Sc in hotel management from a good IHM is enough and if you want to expand your knowledge base you can anytime go for an MBA in hospitality. If you are currently in 12th and looking after making your career in hospitality industry go for a B.Sc in hotel management.
