Hi, In Oberoi STEP, students have to work in Oberoi hotels during their course and they give IGNOU Exam every semester. Step is more of a practical programme where the students learn by working in the industry and not in classroom. On the other hand, IHM Pusa offers full time B.Sc Hotel management where there is classroom teaching and industrial training involved. In my opinion, IHM Pusa is much better than Oberoi STEP. It's a college where apart from your studies you can get involved in extra curricular activities etc. which will help in your overall development. A point to note that Oberoi visits IHM Pusa and other IHMs for placement

There is nothing like an online Hotel management course. If you are interested in hotel Management and want to make your career in hospitality industry you will have to join a hotel management college where you will gain knowledge and practical exposure during your course. To get admission in prestigious hotel management institutes you need to qualify NCHMCT Joint Entrance Exam.
