The major difference between both is that a BSc in Hotel Hospitality and Travel focuses on the scientific and technical aspects of hotel operations, emphasizing subjects like food science, nutrition, chemistry, and engineering. Graduates have a strong foundation in hotel systems, operations, and technology. On the other hand, a BA in Hospitality and Travel emphasizes the liberal arts and social sciences. It includes courses in hospitality ethics, human resources, marketing, finance, and communication.
