Hi,
I would say for teaching, English (Hons) is better. For the corporate sector in Hotels, hotel management is better. I can enlist the top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc.

Dear Abhisek,
Every metro city has got some good hotel management colleges across India. Depending on your location, you can choose. However, IHM (Pusa) and IHM (Mumbai) are supposed to be the best in India. Whichever institute you choose, first look at their faculty members and placement records.

NCHMCT is a complete setup, and they have study material available at their Library and Administration Department. You would need to approach the concern department to check, if any needful registration or membership is required.
