I study in VIPS so I can tell you that you will surely have an amazing college life full of all the fun you want to have. This course has started this year itself so I can't say about how it would be but otherwise the college would be good for you.

Either, you do a specialised culinary course or Bachelors in Hotel Management both will help you in becoming a chef. There is no fixed fees every semester change the fee amount it may be 3 lac approx for full 3 degree program course. This amount pay in beginning of new semester. 1 sem- 60000 ,2 sem- 40000 for one year or you may concern with college.
